MODELLING, CLASH DETECTION, COORDINATION

We model, detect, analyze and solve in alignment with our clients the clashes in the BIM model with the software Navisworks. We can ensure the coordination of the various services (architecture, MEP, structure) and participate in synthesis meetings in order to update the BIM model in a timely manner.

QUANTITY CHECK

Our technicians calculate and/or verify the quantities of supplies, material and equipment (e.g. HVAC, sanitary facilities, electrical equipment, etc.)

They then export the bill of quantities on Excel spreadsheet.

DETAIL DRAWINGS

We produce detailed drawings from the 3D model (BIM).

Our designers and draftsmen work on hospitals, schools, shopping malls, airports and industrial installations (e.g. Oil & Gas).

CREATION OF BIM PRODUCT FAMILY

For manufacturers of products and equipment used in the construction and fitting out of buildings and industrial sites as well as the management of these latter, the PDF data sheet is no longer sufficient.

Their products must be available at least in .DWG/.DXF formats. The growing use of BIM today also requires .RVT (Revit)

Our draftsmen can provide the manufacturers with their products in these formats at an affordable price so that they can then communicate them to their customers or integrate them into libraries such as datBIM, Polantis, Bimobject, etc.
